Absences
Vacation, exams or a break: members enter their absence themselves. The overview always shows who is away right now.
How it works
- Click “Add absence” in the absence channel.
- Enter from, until and an optional note, for example “today” until “Nov 12”.
- The entry appears in the overview and in the profile.
- It disappears automatically after the end date, or earlier with “I'm back”.
